I bought this along with the eclipse because I take a walk every night through a dark section of town and this helps me keep save from incoming traffic. It's very bright on the high setting but not too bright that it blinds incoming traffic. It's easy to clip onto your jacket and from my experience the battery holds itself well. I hope they will upgrade this lightstick so it will have a red&green light option, an even longer battery life and for it to have usb-c charging. But trust me, this lightstick is a must have if you ever find yourself in a dark spot!

Easy to use and ideal for those dark nights out.

ok, saw this advertised, looked into it and saw it'd be useful for the kids when they are out and about during the dark nights. Click them onto jackets, backpacks, etc. Easy to use, they understood quite quickly how to switch on/off and change the lighting functions. So very happy with that. Charging time is quick and, so far, battery seems to last a few hours.

I guess my disappointment now is finding the price has dropped and there is also a kids version of this light.

From a build quality point of view, it appears to be somewhat robust. But time till tell if it suffers from the usual adventures kids will have out and about.
