Bookman Urban Visibility is a Swedish sports brand creating premium bike lights and visibility products with an aesthetic edge. We combine design, quality, and safety to make cyclists, runners, and pedestrians visible in traffic — preventing accidents and saving lives. Inspired by brands like POC, Thule, and Pas Normal, our mission is to become the leading visibility brand worldwide.

Our small but passionate team works from our creative HQ at A-house in Stockholm, with flexibility to work remotely. We sell in 30 countries via premium retailers such as MoMA (NYC) and Selfridges (London), as well as through our own global e-commerce.

Role Summary

We’re looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative – Social Media Communication to provide outstanding support to our e-commerce customers and manage inbound communication on our social channels. This is a flexible, student-friendly role, ideal for someone studying marketing, communications, or e-commerce. Peak season is October–January.

Your Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email (support tickets) and direct messages on social media.
  • Monitor and engage with customers and influencers in line with our brand tone.
  • Manage and track warranty claims and returns.
  • Monitor e‑commerce orders to ensure smooth processing.
  • Coordinate with our warehouse and internal team.
  • Share recurring customer insights with the marketing team.

Who You Are

  • Service‑minded, organized, and attentive to detail.
  • Strong written English skills (Swedish is a plus).
  • Experience in customer contact (retail, service, sales) is an advantage.
  • Comfortable with social media communication and brand tone.
  • Interested in sports, cycling, and design.
  • Studying or with an interest in marketing, communications, or e‑commerce.
